Planned for an uninhabited stretch of land accessible only by water, this summer house is to be the first building in a larger community settlement.

The three-bedroom home is perched on a rock outcrop allowing it to pick up the cooling ocean breezes.

Casual, open air living spaces face the view, whilst shuttered off rooms provide darkness and privacy whilst allowing air flow to pass through unhindered.

Locally quarried coral blockwork walls and lime render are combined with reinforced concrete and stained white cement to create a smooth and crisp, seamless walls and floors.
